Solved Footnote links don't take you to the same-numbered footnote

Look at this article: www.vvfh.org/index.php/vvfh-sites/blog/c...ng-the-vietnam-war-1 It has 54 footnotes. Click on any footnote, and it takes you to the first one, not to the numbered one that you clicked on. There is enough material below the footnotes that it should take you directly to the footnote that you clicked on.

What's up with that? Shouldn't clicking on the numbered footnote take you to the numbered footnote?
