RAV4 PLG_SYSTEM_RAV4_VALIDATE_EMAIL_DESC position was created by joomleb
Hi guys,
all the standard Joomla fields descriptions are positioned below the field Label and above the field content.
That is a good choice due to that an explication, an instruction, has to be read before “to do”.

Suggestion
It would be good to positioning the PLG_SYSTEM_RAV4_VALIDATE_EMAIL_DESC description just below the label and not a the bottom of the plugin fields content.
